Reservation Policy
  1. I do not take tentative bookings and my reservation conditions are based on "firm" bookings, whereby a non-refundable deposit is paid. You should not make a reservation with me unless you have secured your dates and are certain that you would like me to hold the room for you.
  2. No booking should be considered as confirmed until you have received a formal confirmation in writing from me.
  3. Advance bookings of 1 or more nights will require a 20% deposit of the total stay, with the balance due on arrival.
  4. If you cancel your booking within 28 days of your check-in day, your deposit will not be refunded. Bookings made for the Christmas & New Year period (18th December to 8th January Inclusive) will not be available for a deposit refund even if you cancel your booking more than 28 days prior to your check-in date.
  5. Subject to availability, date changes of up to 1 week earlier or 1 week later than your original check-in/out date can be made without forfeiting your deposit.
  6. All cancellations must be made in writing to me.
  7. I will only accept cash ( $ Australian) as a method of payment for the final balance.
  8. Hilltop Accommodation is not for the purpose of hosting other guests or visitors in your room afer 10:30pm.

A few notes for your reference:
- All prices published include GST (10% local government tax) and are in Australian Dollars.
- Hilltop Accommodation is non-smoking within the building; however, you are permitted to smoke on the balcony or in garden
